It takes me a little longer these days to prepare for entertaining w/ a baby attached to my hip (😩), so this remixed Cobb Salad is perfect! I can pace myself and prepare each component ahead of time with very little “day of” prep! They also hold really well in the fridge and can be perfect as leftovers or add ons to quick breakfast or lunch meals throughout the week!
