🧡 @MrLondon with dear friend @StephBrucey who invited me to join @HumenOrg in #LondonBridge to walk 5,151m - a metre for each man who lost his life to suicide in the past year. 😔 Their Rise Against Suicide fundraiser helps to normalise conversations about mental health among men, and the donations help to create safe spaces for men. 👏🏼 We’d encourage anyone who is struggling to talk to someone or get some help, before it’s too late, or you fall into crisis.
