Brush your fillet with some dijon mustard you probably already have in your fridge and red spices like paprika and cayenne. Can't take the heat? Stay in the kitchen! Brush your fish with whatever spices you love, a big squeeze of citrus is never a bad idea either. Want a crispier exterior? Add panko to your spice mixture before brushing.
