Based in Lymington, The Highstreet Kitchen offers high-quality dishes and a relaxed dining experience focusing primarily on local sustainable food, working with dedicated local farmers and producers.⁠ ⁠ Recently opened by Gavin Barnes, after dreaming up the vision for over a decade, he says: “It has long been a dream to open a restaurant and I am delighted to now have the opportunity to do so in my adopted hometown of Lymington.
