The process of a professional surfer. Just 2 weeks ago I was on the verge of pulling out of the us open due to an injury to my knee that happened after coming home from Australia a little over 2 months ago. Based off of my positioning in the rankings my whole team thought it would be best if I competed to some how help my campaign of qualifying for the dream tour. That goal was accomplished in last weeks contest all though I wish I could have performed better. Still it’s been a very challenging past 2 months of hard work trying to find progress in my health that I still haven’t really found.
