I remember going entire days without speaking to anyone and thinking to myself damn I really haven’t said a word out loud today 😭 💁🏾‍♀️ More independence can be a wonderful thing you really feel like your own manager when you work remotely. 💻 To get simple messages across takes twice as much time because now you have to type something up for find the perfect moment for a quick Slack or Zoom call with the person you want to chat with. ⏰ You’ll have more time freedom especially before and after work cutting out the time to get dressed and commute to work saves hours and it’s one of my favourite things about working from home. 💰 A good remote setup that is good for you physical health can get really pricey. Some companies will subsidize some of that cost though! 👚 The freedom to wear what you want while working is a beautiful thing. Not having to think about what to wear takes away so much stress and frees up a lot of time.
