I’m doing my YTT at @YogaRenew studio in Hoboken and can’t stress enough how much I love it. The beautiful studio, amazing community, incredible teacher and the teachings. Today marks week 10 (it’s so crazy to think that we’re almost over) of training and we’re learning about savasana & restorative. We had sooo much fun learning from our teacher Melie.
