I’ve been reading up a lot on self awareness and happiness last year. This book was def on the top of the list in terms of offering pretty logical explanations with a lot of philosophical thought regards to that subject. The author basically reverse engineered the path to happiness through his own experiences and put them together in a very logical way with great examples. If anyone has a book list for 2020 I highly recommend this book! Thank you @mo_gawdat for all the knowledge bombs you dropped in #solveforhappy and reminding us that “Success is not an essential prerequisite to happiness”.
