14… it just sounds so much older than 13. So many who love you still see you as the little girl in the first picture, and while I miss those sweet days, I love watching you grow up. You’ve learned some hard lessons over the past year, but you never once wavered in your beliefs or convictions. Your ability to stay true to yourself and your heart is admirable, but even more, it’s inspiring. I envy your ability to make a decision and stick to it, with no regrets or even a second thought.
