Hugo made this incredible rice bread... almost like mochi texture. We picked up the most beautiful and fresh spot prawns right off the island dock. I immediately thought of one of my favorite pieces of sushi SHIRO EBI. This is an ode to that, with fresh wasabi from the island as well. 🦐🦐🍚 it’s so fresh it almost made us cry. 🥹
