🌭GERDESS OF THE ANCIENT WORLDS🌭 When I was a kid my mom was driving us to church and we complained about not wanting to go. She stopped the car and asked how serious we were, because she wasn’t going to force us to do something we didn’t want to. I’m so grateful to her for trusting us as children to make our own choices. In junior high a friend of mine introduced me to this parody religion called Discordianism where anyone can be a pope, and the rules are: there are no rules. Chaos reigns supreme. The universe is just a swirling mess of atoms, apples, and hot dogs- and things shouldn’t be taken too seriously! This outfit is truly a collaboration between artists: I was inspired by this fabric designed by local artist @imvioletdrake , and asked the amazing seamstress drag queen @itstaranova to make this Roman goddess dress. The armour is made by my good friend @wuckajuice cosplay. Now let’s talk about these photographs: @kbreenphotography is a goddess of chaos herself. None of the photos from this shoot are digitally edited... Ok maybe a little blurring on my crocodile skin- but these are all practical effects using long exposures, light painting, some stuff from dollarama and the mind of an artist.
