SAFFRON SALMON 🧡 INGREDIENTS -6oz. Greek yogurt -Juice of a lemon -2tbsp olive oil, -Salt and pepper -1 tsp saffron threads, grinded to a powder, and added to 1 tbsp hot water -1 tbsp grated ginger -1.5lbs center-cut salmon, cut into 4 equal filets -Dill and lemon wedges for garnish METHOD 1. Mix the yogurt, oil, lemon, salt, pepper, ginger, and saffron water together in a small bowl. Slather it on your salmon filets. Refrigerate 30min-1 hour. 2. Preheat broiler with rack about 6 inches from the broiler element (not right up against it). Line baking sheet with foil. Add salmon filets on top. Broil for 11-15 minutes until it registers 115F and is nicely charred. Use a spatula, and lift salmon filets off the tray (the skins should stick to the foil).
