And so the season shifts, my favorite time of the year is here 🍂 A time of returning and refocusing. A time of preserving, prepping and storing. Herbalism change my entire connection with the seasons. From offering the seeds to the soil, setting the foundation of life, to tending and caring as they grow into their fullest expression. Now these plants are holding the memories of the harvest from the busy summer days. I smile when I think about the annoying mosquitoes and the sun so warm on my body. Being in relationship with the cyclical life force which moves and breathes through us, is a gift in itself. And what I realize in this simple yet profound cyclical universe, is that the Earth needs our loving actions in order to thrive ♥️
