Thank you for all the love on this faerie goddess! ♡ She is undoubtedly my favorite piece I’ve ever made. I’m kissing her endlessly before she travels across the world to her new home... This was a milestone piece. I wanted to fully bring my fae concept to life with a completed head + the start of a body. From start to finish it took upwards of 30 hours to craft! She was basically a baseline prototype, meant to act as a springboard into some ideas I’ve wanted to manifest for some time. There are so many places I want to take this concept, I’m eager to keep exploring + evolving! Making the first version is always the most daunting. Also, whenever I finish a piece like this there’s always a little imposter within me that fears I won’t be able to do it again haha. I’ll never try to replicate this piece, or any of my previous faes. That’s one thing I love so much about making them, they each get to emerge so unique + one of a kind- just like you + me!
