Water slide decals tutorial: 1. Place face down on a clear rubber stamper 2. Apply water to paper until you can slide the paper off leaving just the decal behind 3. Remove excess water but don't dry it out 4. Stamp onto the nail 5. Use a small brush dipped in Lacquer Remover to smooth out wrinkles and melt and blend any excess decal left around the edges. 6. Apply GC Stay Classic Base Coat and cure for 30secs 7.
