Reposted from @_kristinsakoda 👏🏽 Thank you to Renata Simril, President of @la84foundation for inviting me to last night’s Art of Golf event, celebrating the history of the Olympic Games, the importance of play equity, the intersection of arts, sports, and culture, and the vibrancy of our Los Angeles region. The event exhibit featured a curated selection of LA84 photographs and memorabilia from the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles, and current works by LA visual artists including Gabe Gault (pictured speaking with me and LA County Arts Commissioner @pambmoon ). Loved hearing about your phenomenal work @gabegault ❤️ And best of all sneakers were strongly encouraged!
