💕Small business Saturday story 💕 @natkbb took these photos of me last week at our Beverly Hills training studio after a super fun photo shoot new collab we have in the works that’s launching this January 🙏 we have in the works that’s launching this January 🙏 When I posted the photo of me in this dress on my stories a friend of mine said “damn you got married?” Or are you “married to the job”” and that’s when I realized YES 🙌🏼 Yes I am absolutely married and completely committed to #kelleybakerbrows with my whole heart 💖 I have been completely dedicated to my small business for the last 20 years. My focus was to make brows “cool” & give us some kind of notoriety in the beauty world. There has never been any “luck” in my what I do. It’s all definitely been super hard work and sheer determination to be the best in the biz and teach everyone that they can do it too! Most think that #kelleybakerbrows is a BIG BUSINESS, but in reality we are still extremely small consisting of 99% female employees and only one male 👏👏👏👏 ( which i very am proud to say that) Now mind you my team is a group of maybe 10 max individuals who bleed KBB, making sure all of your orders are as perfect as possible giving the best customer service. Mind you you we have thousands of pro accounts all over the world, plus all our retail shoppers, our hands on private trainings, & of course my Housecall’s that I’m on standby for 24/7 😜My warehouse has 2 women in it who box up, write note and send all or your personal packages and wholesale products to all of you brow babes worldwide. To say I’m proud is an understatement, so I want to give a huge thanks to first and foremost @natkbb my best friend who runs this rodeo, & obviously my Mother who created this brand with me who’s not a paid employee and is on every call making sure all of our T’s are crossed and our I’s are dotted.
