Don’t get overwhelmed with overly complicated workout plans out there! I know I used to! It’s actually way more simple than you think.
Firstly, always remember any movment is good movement.
Second, stick primarily to weights, progressively overload.
Third, stick to simple movements. Ex Above: lunges, summo squats, dumbbell RDL’s.
You do NOT need to do any fancy movements for results. Changes come from when we can efficiently implement our workouts into our day to day lives. So keep it simple and have fun. Remember we move our bodies because we deserve the self care and self love ! 🤍💪🏽
