HOW TO WALLPAPER LIKE A PRO: 👇🏼👇🏼 1. Read the manufacturer’s instructions first! Different types of wallpapers have different installation processes. 2. Start by making a straight line to follow as a guide with your first piece. Don’t count on your walls being straight because *hint hint* they aren’t! 3. Leave 1-2 inches of overhang in the corner to account for uneven walls. 4. I prefer traditional wallpaper over peel and stick. It’s much more forgiving and can be adjusted as you go. 5. Get a high quality adhesive 6. Apply an even coat but avoid getting too much adhesive at the edges of each panel or it will seep out onto your wallpaper. Use a damp sponge to clean adhesive off wallpaper if needed. 7. I prefer to apply the adhesive with a roller brush in the centers and an angled paint brush on the edges 8. Work from left to right to ensure your pattern lines up perfectly 9. Use a squeegee tool to eliminate bubbles! 10. Go slow and stay calm! Work with a partner if possible!
