Slow Morning’s✨ Reminder: Taking a break to do nothing for however long is okay. I think ? Today’s society sees “ Perfect “ (as good) “ Good “ ( as not good enough). If there’s something that’s thought me a lesson throughout my whole Skin flare up, body losing energy feeling very up & down is , it’s normal. Just because you have posts to keep up with, friends & arrangement’s to plan. Consistently being consistent it results in burn out affect. Taking time to sit with yourself, being grateful for the smallest of things around you = how our bodies function, clean glowing skin, clean foods, water so much more allows you to just breathe. We are young - wild- have so many opportunities all around us. Socials media, life, success it’s all there. But it’s going to be god damn difficult if you can’t maintain a balanced Mind-Body-Soul✨ Relax, Recuperate, Find your stamina again Once you master piece, understanding yourself so much more will fall into place Patience is a bish....
