8th place at my first Elite XCO Nationals and also my first (and only?) XC race of the year. Was bummed to halt the momentum w a flat in the short track but that’s how it goes.🤷🏻‍♂️ All eyes on Leadville now to cap off this altitude block. Was super fun reconnecting with the mtb community and thoroughly enjoying my time on the mountain bike. I really missed the intensity of these races and the crowds were insane. It is super motivating to see a growing fan base in American XCO racing.
