Today’s #MoodBoosterMonday is a special thanks to @umps_care (the official philanthropy of the Major League Baseball umpires) for hitting it out of the park last week! An amazing lineup of volunteer umpires brought the Build-A-Bear® (@buildabear) experience to the Panda Cares Center of Hope, giving patients and families an awesome afternoon at our very own workshop. Chicago White Sox mascot Southpaw even joined in on the fun and helped the kids create their new furry friends. Umps Care says “helping people is an easy call,” and we couldn’t agree more. Thanks for filling our patients’ day with this MLB-style memory! ⚾️
