Working for the Brazilian market was a dream, the 2nd biggest perfume market in the world, for such an iconic Carioca brand... “You just knocked on our door one day”...and then you gave me a chance Sissi, competing with the top 3 fragrance houses. Finally you selected the fragrance that will become BOSSA. At the beginning of the project this was supposed to be quite niche and for @perfumariaphebo . Then the pandemic happened...and still you decided to go big and to launch it under your best franchise of Granado! After the bestseller CARIOCA, there will be BOSSA, for the 150th anniversary of @granadopharmacias , in every Christmas store window. “We are driven by innovation, that’s why we invited Cecile for this project together with other perfumers and fragrance houses. She got it right the first time, she managed to translate what we wanted with Bossa, a lightness that comes from the sea, that comes from Rio. We wanted to bring a well-crafted coconut note to our portfolio for a long time.” @sissifreeman Now it’s been one year and a half and BOSSA is #2 top seller, close to the first one. Called “The Solar Floral the Brazilian market was lacking” by the Brazilian media, I am humbled BOSSA seems to have found its audience both in Brazil and Europe/US.
