Gleaners of memory is an exploration of identity, by Lua Oliver and Florence Campbell, a compilation of collective memory that comes to life through the artists as they embody this contemporary NIMPHS creature. As mythological archeologists Lua Oliver and Florence Campbell unheart objects and artefacts of ancient times to be worn as accessories and used as healing objects somewhere down the timeline, in a nordic forest creek or in a transparent aether. They have stardust and sea derbis stuck to their slimy surface evidencing their quantum voyage and manifesting the magic of their timeline. “We walk as contemporary NIMPHS, active and activators of ancestral times, futures and wormholes. Through metaphors, self-representations and garments we head to space, channelling the moon rabbit simultaneously becoming Cleo and Kim, one by one and all at the same time exploring each of Nimph’s five universes.”
