I like beginnings. I like how @secularsabbath always feels like a beginning - because it is. Reflecting on last week, assisting @doseofdiosa was actually my highlight. I like to open with her cacao for a couple of reasons. First, no matter how late we’re running, this bish takes however long she needs. It grounds us. It makes us slow down. It makes us get present. It reminds us how big our circle has grown. How we can connect intimately through the passing of the cup because energy is exchanged. I was in a vortex of pouring. A vortex of concern that we wouldn’t have enough, but trusting the process. It was like Hanukkah - the candles kept burning - cacao lasting for everyone who wanted to partake!
