After a heady night going to Coldplay, and 12,000 to get transport home.... I was not looking forward to Nat this am. It’s amazing how I can project how much I won’t love it, yet when I’m in it I know how good it is for me and when that keeps mentioning words like getting stronger it really motivates me. If you’re sometimes a quitter, which we can all be then just think about what you really want to do for your body and your mind and whether you want to quit on them....
