Reflecting on my @iconconference memory, and I went into this very jaded about the world of illustration. All my illustration professors were white men and one white woman, so it was hard to see myself illustrating with my voice. I still don't consider myself an illustrator still but this conference changed my mind about illustration @helllllenjjjjjo programming was a humbling incredible list of brown and queer folks and their points of view. I got some new homies and reconnect with old ones. Thank you @helllllenjjjjjo 💜 for inviting me and the Icon Board for their graciousness and support.
