This Saturday we invite you for a masterclass on gin mixology. Three celebrated Mexico City bartenders and botanists will give a masterclass and explain the special varieties distilled in Mexico. Throughout the workshop you will gain an understanding of Mexican gin, its history, botanical properties and extraordinary attributes, and learn how it is best used, mixed and imbibed. We will finish in time to enjoy the musical program over dinner at the Treehouse kitchen with Manuscula, Mexico City-born multi-instrumentalist who plays to communicate different emotions through the use of varied instruments, textures and beats.
