It’s punch list time for our Alpenglow Community Park project in Bend, a new 37-acre park that showcases the natural beauty of the high desert landscape. Views of the Cascade Mountain Range to the west provided inspiration for the name of the park and the design. Using a material palette of weathering steel, concrete, and local Ponderosa Pine, Fieldwork designed three structures in the park including an event pavilion, picnic shelter, and pedestrian bridge.
