Not exactly a London Marathon, but I'm slowly making my way through the Alphabet in parkruns, and gradually comming round to the routine of doing a parkrun every week. There are Saturdays when I DO NOT want to roll out of bed and run, but when I do I realise that I've never regretted showing up! In fact, it always makes for a great start to the weekend, and a buzz for having done it!
