NEW WATCH ALERT I haven’t used a running watch since the Chicago Marathon in 2019. During my training for the Berlin Marathon I’ve been using my cellphone to clock in my mileage which wasn’t that big of a deal until I got to track one night. @rephstar asked me if I loaded my workout on to my watch and I told him I was “running on feel”. I have absolutely no idea what that means but I hear the runners without watches say it all the time, it sounded provocative and I ran with it (no pun intended) lol. To keep a long story short, huge thank you to @corosglobal for sending over the PACE 2.
