Replying to @Website Design + Bold Branding I have actual hope now which feels amazing. Considering I didn’t think I’d make it past 2022 and all hope was lost, I’m shocked to see where I am now. I’m in a really good place comparably and on average. Some days/weeks are still rubbish but as a whole I’m improving. I’m around maybe 40% better on average, but that’s huge to me. The fact I can leave bed for more than an hour or two at a time, I can do simple things without fear of crashing, I can play with my baby for longer periods and say yes to things she wants to do.... Huge. Still a long way to go but this is a great place to be in comparison. Thanks for the love ❤️❤️❤️ #recoveryispossible
