Been Dad boding lately. It's November so that means it's "No Nonsense" being giving. Cutting out some things and most importantly cutting out this belly. Watch me work. Follow along w/ @bria.nicolefit & myself as we set the city on fire with this challenge.
Challenge rules (suggestions)
This challenge will run for 5 weeks in total. All
participants must take before and after pictures + a 360
video. All workouts will be progressive & 45-60 minutes
in total. Personal check ins week 1 and 3.
—No fried Foods
-No sweets, soda, or juice
-No cheat meals until thanksgiving
-No alcohol for the first 2 weeks
-5 workouts per week, 2 active recovery workouts per
week (walking, yoga, pilates, stretch) on your off days
So even if you're aren't physically in the challenge you can still lock in with us and jump in the challenge. Let's go gang!!!
