I had the honor of working with Albert Watson on a wonderful 3 day shoot, and I was sent an image of this captivating model from Ukraine 🇺🇦. After watching the horrors happening in Ukraine, I wanted to express my feelings. I asked Albert if we could at the end of the last shoot day, shoot this model wrapped in a Ukrainian Flag. We called @flagladyusa to see if they could make us a flag since all the Ukrainian flags were sold out. The woman said the shop had closed for the day, I told them the project we were working on and the seamstress stayed to make us a new flag and shipped it same day - just in time for our shoot. The whole team worked hard on this image to create something breathtaking. Albert is a true visionary. Here’s to the bravery of all the Ukrainian people and any people facing oppression. Stay strong.
