Had an super fun time kicking it in Red Rocks and climbing with @j.klaers and @ajjacobi . . Unfortunately my mental head game is still extremely on edge since the avalanche. Sometimes I’ll feel fine being in vertical terrain and then the next I’ll be having a panic attack and intense/vivid flash backs to the waves of snow pushing me down. . I’m slowly easing myself back into everything. Putting incredibly deliberate and conscientious effort into mental health and climbing over the next few weeks. .
