Curly hair! Here is my formula that is tried and true: Step one: A big handful of New Wash Rich formula Step two: Take a dime size amount of hair balm rub it between your hands and rake it through your hair. Step three: take undressed texture spray and squirt a whole bunch of it at your roots. Step four: bend forward with a flat back (like in yoga) you can stand or sit while doing this. Diffuse your hair starting in the front and sides. Step five: Once it is 90% dry, sit up straight put your fingers underneath your hair and tousle the roots to create volume. And lastly, if you are inclined and your curls are larger, try brushing them out and reforming them with the palms of your hands. You will be amazed at the lusciousness it will create. All of the steps I do and the way that I cut hair is totally different from the curly girl method. If you are into the way that method it makes your hair look then obviously stay with it. I prefer way less product, no chunks, no flat tops of the head, and battling fluff or frizz is not my first main goal. In the late 60s and early 70s the French and disco queens wore their big sexy curly hair proudly. I am here to celebrate that again. . The products I use are eco-friendly.
