Meet Trevor! He is one of our amazing cooks at Shima and has been dazzling our patrons for almost 4 years. Trevor lovingly creates our dishes and is passionate about his craft. His creativity, innovation, and love is present in everything he prepares at Shima, and his manager continuously raves and describes him to be a perfectionist that always gets the job done. Trevor also has a sweet side, as he enjoys whipping up fancy desserts and cakes at home. Like many of us Bahamians, Trevor’s all-time favorite is Guava Duff; he claims to be the 'Best-Duff-Maker' on the island! In his spare time, he also enjoys farming and has a variety of fruits and veggies in his backyard.
