A little over a year ago @thebigquiet returned home from a 10 week sold out arena tour with @oprah & @ww, sharing a taste of The Big Quiet mass meditation with audiences of 15,000 people at a time. 😮 This new mini-doc created by @evanromoff tells the story of @jesseisrael & I’s wild trip spreading quiet throughout the nation + the motivation behind @thebigquiet’s mission. We had the honor of sharing the stage w/ iconic leaders & performers like @jlo @traceellisross @ladygaga @amyschumer @therock @katehudson & even former First Lady @michelleobama 🇺🇸 Friends @dybrkr & @kinrgy led dance & movement that left us feeling alive & connected. Not long after the last stop of the tour, our country went into quarantine. We went from sitting with thousands of people together, to sitting in our homes alone. If this year has taught us anything, it’s the importance of community, finding ways to stay connected & the power of coming together to get quiet. Feeling extra-grateful for all of the rich learnings we’ve experienced this year, & for all the creative ways we’ve continued to sit together. Grateful for this community.
