I’m very proud to announce that Pol Taburet (@yves_ciroc) is the winner of the first edition of the @reiffers_art_initiatives Prize, which aims to support and enhance young creation, with a special focus on cultural diversity. The committee, composed of 10 personalities from the world of art and culture, distinguished Pol Taburet for the quality and sensitivity of his artistic approach. Young artist of Guadeloupean origin, Pol Taburet’s work is inspired by Caribbean mythology, underground culture and history of art. The artist uses vibrant tones to depict hybrid, dark silhouettes creating his own ghostly beings.
