Sun Dried Tomato and Ricotta Dip 1 cup ricotta cheese 8 sun dried tomatoes Small handful of pitted olives (about 6-8 olives) 5 basil leaves 1/4 cup grated parmigiano reggiano cheese Salt and pepper to taste Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
