A project which stems back in time from when I was still working @nomacph and @reneredzepinoma has ask the test kitchen to work on vegetable-bushi inspired by the Japanese technique of making katsuobushi. So lucky to now have the opportunity to continue working on this idea and collaborate with @kaneshichi_jp.
