Nine years ago, @tristan.willey and I set out to re-imagine alcohol supply chains. Along the way, @jasongreene04 and @laurengreene04 joined the effort. This week, we all got to stand on the factory floor of a 15,000 sf distillery we built from the ground up, specifically for the purpose of distilling huge volumes of fruit waste byproducts. And then we turned on the stills and drank to (and from) the fruits of that labor. Really good feeling, highly recommend. #alcoholisagriculture
