Ran around with the Mayor of Dungarvan this morning, @davidmccarthy_88. I’ve never really nailed workouts in Ireland, but got the work in today — 22+ miles at 5:51 pace with 4 x 3 mile in the middle. The wind almost blew my @banditrunning cap off my head a few times. Hats off to the lads who train here year round 💨🧢🍀
