In my previous post I talk about learning a HUGE lesson this year and to always test strand the FRONT and BACK of your client when dealing with these types of color correction services. In the end luckily we had a great consultation with our guest and went through possible outcomes and scenarios. She was open to red which worked out great with the level we were able to achieve with the removal of the built up box dye. This entire process took about 6 hours.
