🙌🏾🙌🏾The community element is truly everything. After experiencing the sense of camaraderie at @parkrunuk shortly after the 2012 Olympics, my running journey begun. Fast forward to 2016, I learned about the first @adidasrunners London session. I remember this session like it was yesterday 😍 – the community warmth I received is one I will forever cherish and one I still witness 6 years later, daily in our London community. When the opportunity arose to become a Captain, I couldn’t say no – running has given me so much more than running and every day is an opportunity to support the next generation of runners!
