Introducing the crew members of Dancing In A Forbidden World! Costume Designer @sarah.jane.2 : Sarah Prentiss was born and raised on the Central Coast of California. She got her BA degree in Costume Design for Tv and Film from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, California. She’s recently worked on an array of short films of all genres as well as styling for editorial photoshoots and music videos. She is extremely passionate about Costume Design and styling with a goal to work in the wardrobe department for film and production. Makeup Artist @c.lenny.makeup : Charlie Lenny (they/them) is a makeup artist from Seattle, WA. With their passion for film making, they majored in Cinema Art + Science at Columbia College in Chicago. While living in Chicago, they tapped into the world of drag. Through this newfound love of extravagant costumes and beat faces, they began their journey into the world of professional makeup, eventually leading them to Cinema Makeup School in Los Angeles. They are thrilled to be a part of Dancing in a Forbidden World and in bringing this glamorous nightclub to life! Hair Stylist @carlagrace360 : Carla Grace Fajardo is a filmmaker based in San Francisco and is finishing her B.A. in Cinema at SFSU this year. Her films explore human relations in the presence of the “monster self” in horror and sci-fi. For NYX Horror’s 13 Minutes of Horror, her micro-short film “Nothing Has Changed” won Extraordinary Selection. Currently, she works as a hair and makeup artist and BTS photographer in the SF Bay Area. She has worked on commercials, music videos, corporate media projects, and independent short films.
