Doing a sprint session to show how I stay in shape. I try and run about 3-4 times a week today I completed 8x750m sprints with 2mins rest in between maintaining consistent I started the first few Increasing the pace to see how fast I could go then I try and maintain that but naturally fatiguing and slowing down a few seconds each effort.
