Have you ever spotted the "Albarello with Coat of Arms Decoration" at the Museum Galleries? This vase, made to contain pharmaceuticals or perfumes, belongs to a group of syrio-egyptian ceramics of the Mamluk period. The blue and white decor that can be seen on this vase is characteristic of the artistic influence from the Chinese Yuan dynasty (1279-1368) ceramics, imported in mass from the end of the 14th century in Egypt. . هل رأيت "إناء صيدلاني (ألباريلّو) المزخرف بشعار النبالة" في قاعات عرض المتحف؟ هذا الإناء، المستخدم لحمل العقاقير الصيدلانية أو العطور، ينتمي إلى مجموعة من الخزفيات السورية المصرية من العصر المملوكي. ترجع الزخرفة باللونَين الأزرق والأبيض إلى التأثير الفني للخزف الصيني في عهد أسرة يوان (1279-1368م)؛ إذ كان يُجلب إلى مصر بكميات كبيرة في نهاية القرن الرابع عشر.
