I know the video was kind of all over the place, this was my first time trying this! #wards #southms #chilicheesedog Wards chili for chili cheese dog - [ ] 1 & 1/2 lbs of ground beef - [ ] 2 tablespoons tomato paste - [ ] 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of chili powder - [ ] 2 tablespoons of mustard - [ ] 2 tablespoons Worcestershire - [ ] Salt and pepper to taste - [ ] 3 and 1/2 cups of water in total Mix everything except water by hand, then add water (id do 1 cup at a time and add as I go) and simmer covered (checking on it every 15 mins) for about an hour or until it is all crumbled really tiny- break up the meat with your spatula as you go- after the hour simmering cook on high stirring constantly for 10 minutes- add a tiny dash of water when done if you want it a little thinner- this recipe was a taste and add type deal so this is the best I got 🤣 best wishes, xox Amber Nicole
