Not a great tip. Coffee dehydrates skin. So make sure you also drink enough water to balance the loss of water and keep yourself hydrated.
While travelling I tend to have 3 cups of coffee ☕️ per day, it helps to combat the jet lag and to stay alert.
- Black coffee ☕️ is very rich in antioxidants, has anti-inflammatory properties, and fights free radicals.
- ❌ Do not add milk 🥛, sugar and sugar-free.
- ✅You can have your black coffee in moderation..max 3 regular cups , not more. Do not have jars of coffee
